Mini World, in Gramado, is a theme park where there are miniature cities, homes, railways, castles, and tourist attractions from around the world.
Created 30 years ago by Otto Hoppner, as a gift for his grandchildren, the place has replicas of important works, such as the Neuschwanstein Castle and the Bariloche Airport, in Argentina. There are about 140 small beautiful buildings, that impress by their details.
Brazil did not missed out. You can view miniatures of the Train Station of São João Del Rei, in Minas Gerais, the São Francisco de Assis Church, in Ouro Preto, and the great Museum of Ipiranga, in São Paulo. Not to mention the 2,500 mini-inhabitants that enrich the fantasy, as well as small buses, restaurants and police cars.
Be sure to visit Café Mini Mundo, where you can enjoy cappuccinos, hot chocolate, German pies, and a delicious chocolate ice cream.
